Greetings. On behalf of the Builders Association of Elkhart County, I would like to extend a warm welcome to everyone attending the 42nd Annual Parade of Homes Plus. This year the Remodelers Showcase and Neighborhood Showcase will be held at the same time so there will be something for everyone.
Throughout the last year, top architects, builders, trade partners and
designers in the area have dedicated themselves to producing homes that
represent the best in quality, value and innovation the
industry has to offer. If you are looking for a new home, remodeling your
existing home, looking for the lot to building upon, you are sure to have
a great experience. We hope that you enjoy the beauty and craftsmanship
in each of the homes showcased. The many different unique styles and features that
are produced are what have made this event one of the finest in the country.
Whether you visit all the homes between the dates of June 20-28, 2009, or just see a few of the exquisite homes, you will be amazed by the hard-work and creativity of some of Elkhart County’s best home builders and designers. We would like to thank you for attending the 2009 Elkhart County Builders Association Parade of Homes Plus and for being an integral part of this year’s event. Just a reminder… the Remodelers Showcase will only be open on June 27 and 28th from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
