Welcome to our 2008 Parade of Homes!

As the president of the Builders Association of Elkhart County, I'm honored to present to you 22 fine builders who have opened up 23 of their great homes for your viewing. Six of these homes are located in the central site at Farmington. You'll see the newest colors, styles, trends and floor plans all at affordable prices. You'll also see a “Green” home and “Green” building products and designs.

As you tour the homes, please keep in mind the sacrifices that the builders have put forth for your pleasure. They had to complete time lines, pay entry fees plus staff each house for you to tour. Special thanks goes out to Brad Hooley of Bartel & Co. for hosting Farmington and to our Parade Committee chair, Bryan Barr and his staff for all the effort they put into the Parade.

When you start your next project, remember to do all your building and remodeling business with a member of the Builders Association of Elkhart County because these companies each have signed a “Code of Ethics” & have committed to be a “Indiana Quality Assurance Builder”.
